Pyrolysis Process

Through this process, we are able to convert plastic waste into a valuable resource, while also reducing the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills or oceans. Collection

We collect plastic waste from various sources and bring it to our facility

Sorting

The plastic waste is sorted into different categories to ensure that we only use plastics that can be safely processed through pyrolysis.

Pre-treatment

Before the plastic waste can be fed into the pyrolysis reactor, it needs to be shredded and dried to remove any moisture

Pyrolysis

The plastic waste is fed into the pyrolysis reactor, where it is heated to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. This results in the creation of paxi oil, along with otherbyproducts.

Separation

The paxi oil is separated from the other byproducts, such as gases and solids.

Refining

The paxi oil is then refined to remove any impurities, resulting in a high-quality product that can be sold.
