Pre-treatment

Before the plastic waste can be fed into the pyrolysis reactor, it needs to be shredded and dried to remove any moisture

Pyrolysis

The plastic waste is fed into the pyrolysis reactor, where it is heated to high temperatures in the absence of oxygen. This results in the creation of paxi oil, along with otherbyproducts.

Separation

The paxi oil is separated from the other byproducts, such as gases and solids.
